Marius is an artist and he is passionate about health and welness. He has been practicing Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga since 2008. He was initiated in Krya Laya by Himalayan Monk, Swami Vidyadhishananda. He is a Board certified Doctor of Natural Medicine.

Megan LMT / Lead Esthetician

Megan is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) graduate of Dabney S. Lancaster college in 2014. Her specialities include deep tissue/therapeutic massage, cupping, and relaxation modalities. She likes to combine deep tissue massage with relaxation techniques to provide people with a therapeutic but relaxing massage. She became an LMT to be able to fulfill her passion in helping others by relieving pain, stress or to simply relax. Megan’s other passions in life include friends and family, cooking, outdoors, animals and esthetics. 

Krisinda / Spa Director

Krisinda has a Degree in Fashion Merchandising and attended a private college in the heart of Atlanta. GA. She has a background in guest relations, sales, retail management, and fashion design.While attending college, she had the opportunity to be a part of the WaltDisney World educational internship program, which consisted of specializing as a coordinator in the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings. Krisinda is very much a "people person" and enjoys interacting with spa guests. She loves traveling, movies and spending time with her family.

Chelsea Lead Therapist/Assistant Manager

Chelsea is a licensed massage therapist. She graduated from New River Community and Technical College. She believes in the body's ability to heal itself and enjoys customizing each massage to the individual clients needs. Chelsea was introduced to massage therapy through her personal recovery regimen after an ATV accident. She was amazed at the strength bodywork gave her toward healing and was inspired to go into the field. Chelsea loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys the little things in life.

Shelia

Sheila James has been working as an intuitive for many years and has clients in many parts of the world.  She specializes in direct guidance and acts as a channel.   Questions are usually answered before they are asked and the information provided is  helpful, compassionate and realistic.   The range of information is extremely broad and can touch many areas of life pertinent to each client in a way that is clear and uplifting, and opens a new way forwards.   Readings may include Tarot, past life information or contact with loved ones in spirit, or may focus purely on one topic, depending on what is in the best interests of the client at the time.

Sheila is also an astrologer and color therapist and runs classes in Developing Intuition.

Ashley

Ashley is a licensed Massage Therapist . She graduated from the Virginia School of Massage. She is skilled in Deep Tissue/ Relaxation techniques. She is also skilled in Sports and Prenatal Massage. She designs each massage to fit the needs of the guest. In her spare time she enjoys being outside and spending time with friends and family.

Donna / Marketing Director

Donna has been a part of our team since March of 2019. She is very detail oriented and loves helping others. She enjoys life in the mountain state with her two boys; spending most days taking advantage of all it has to offer. Donna enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking/baking, and practicing yoga and macrame. Donna takes interest in Holistic practices and the beauty industry.
